Our very first loose tea blend, created to be simmered in the style of a traditional chai, this tea is inspired by my dreamy little hideaway on Rivington Street with the bathtub in the kitchen. The mysterious and the familiar come together: the rhythm of the street below, history, memory, nostalgia & spice. An inspiring elixir!
A rich, organic Assam black tea forms the base of our house blend, while organic cardamom & rose petals lend a spicy, floral note. Organic ceylon cinnamon, organic pink peppercorns, organic ginger and South Indian vanilla beans round off a melange that is as lovely to look at as to drink. Slowing down enough to brew up a cup of this loose-leaf infusion will soothe the spirit.

4 oz water + 4 oz milk
simmer 5 minutes + sweeten

2.5oz of loose tea makes approximately 16 servings
ingredients: organic Assam black tea, organic sweet cinnamon, organic cardamom, organic rose petals, organic pink peppercorns, organic ginger, organic South Indian vanilla
Refill our lovely violet glass jar by choosing the paper refill packet from the drop-down menu. This packet is fully compostable in commercial facilities, check with your local composting program for details.
